Equippied
with the latest state of the art CAD/CAM technology we are
able to accept both SAT and IGES files for direct transfer
to both the CNC punch and press brake thus eliminating the
requirement for expensive drafting and manufacturing files.
Direct
manufacture from SAT and IGES files also allows for rapid production
of prototype components, design modifications on the fly and
a streamlined manufacturing process. Other benefits include:
Faster
Turnaround
Increased
Quality
No
Human Error
Ease
Of Development
Reduced
Costs
Based
on LVD technology we use the CADMAN-B 3D suite of tools. The
information below details the process and will hopefully help
you understand how much time you can save.
When
we recieve a file the first thing we need to do is unfold the
item for punching. This is a very straight forward process
which is demonstrated below:
Once
the flat form has been punched on the CNC punch press it is
then moved to the CNC brake press. The CAM file is automatically
generated at our CAD station and accessed by the brake press
across the network:
