Overview

We fabricate a range of items for the electrical market in materials such as aluminium, mild steel, stainless and zintec. Typical applications include enclosures, brackets, housing assemblies, heat sinks and switched in power supplies. We also manage the finishing process on behalf of our customers including powder coating, electroplating, and surface conversions.

Electrical Sheet Metal

Switched In Power Supply: We provide a number of clients with sheet metal fabrications for power supply and electrical applications.
Powder Coating: This unit which is powder coated is part of a larger electrical assembly.
Power Supply Assembly: This item consists of an aluminium base with a zinc plated cover with colour passivate finish.
Fan Housing Bracket: Mild steel, zinc plated with a colour passivate.
Zintec Base: This base plate is made from zintec which is a prefinished sheet metal ideal for basic corrosion protection in electrical applications.
