Welding: We offer a full onsite welding facility which includes, Mig, Tig & spot welding. We can help design your joints for added strength and through use of grinding, dressing, rumbling & chemical techniques to remove weld burn, we can ensure they look right too, leaving the product with a showroom finish.

Joining & Fastening: 618+ Haeger Fastener Insertion System. We use an extensive range of self clinching inserts, rivets and fasteners from manufacturers such as PEM, PSM, SFP, HANK, AVDEL, DEUTSCH, CAMLOC and SOUTHCO.

Fabrication & Assembly: We offer fabrication and assembly services for mechanical and electrical products.

CAD/CAM. We accept DXF, DWG & SAT files and use SOLIDWORKS for design, and CAMTEK for machine programming. We also work from paper drawings and existing components. If you have a drawing you would like us to look at, you can send it direct through our online quotation form.
